This ride will be mostly on bicycle paths using Sustrans Routes
We'll be following Sustrans Route 61/6 from Rickmansworth Aquadrome to Greenwood Park.
We'll stop at the Lazy Llama Cafe in Greenwood Park.
Helmets are compulsory on my rides. Please ensure you bring a spare innertube and a bicycle pump.
