Heading straight down to Southampton along Lee Lane (bumpy road surface), over Redbridge and along to Eling harbour. Quiet roads to Marchwood where we cross over the A326 (traffic lights) and then into the New Forest. We join the main road to Beaulieu for a short bit then onto quiet roads again to Bucklers Hard for a well earned drink. Here you can go and visit the village on the River Beaulieu’s edge. Carrying on to Hatchet Pond, views of the sea, where we can stop and admire the view. Loop back to Beaulieu and the same way home.

A long ride so bring enough water, sunscreen, bike repair kit etc. There are pubs on the way back if anyone wants to stop again.
