Mix of trail centre and the old roman road Sarn Helen. - Rocky in section. Little bit of quiet road and back into the trail centre where we can session a couple of the red sections. This route will all depend on weather as it can be quite exposed. We may do extra sections also.

Its suitable for those who have ridden the blue route as some sections can be walked or missed out if necessary.

The first week will be a Sarn Helen route - so a mix of Blue, red and natural. If you are new to natural riding then this is a good ride for you to do, with a little hike a bike. For those who have done blue, and want to try a little red then there are options as we go around.

Part of the old Sarn Helen road Forest roads, man made trails and small country roads.

We will take some photos as we go around, and be back in the cafe around lunch time. Please bring snacks though with you.

Helmets, bike gloves, waterproof, spare warm layer, tools if you have them and spare inner tube. Water and snacks.

We never leave anyone behind
