Free, women-only bike rides led by experienced Breeze Champions. They are a great way to get started in cycling or to improve your skills, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist.

We will head to Ednam and then up hill to Stitchill. From there we will take the winding road to Nenthorn and then Smailholm. We will take the Smailholm Tower Road and then head towards Makerstoun. From there we head back along the National Cycle Route toward the main road to Kelso.
A few wee hills, nothing too steep! Some great wee quiet roads and super views to look forward to.

Heading to Ednam and taking quieter roads to Smailholm via Nenthorn. Return to Kelso through Makerstoun.

Stops for drinks and of course photos!

Helmets to be worn please. Dress for the weather and bring spare inner tubes and appropriate tools. Make sure you have water and snacks as we won’t stop for a cuppa until we return to Kelso.
