A social ride along the Erewash canal and local cycle tracks. No set route,see who signs up and plan from there.
Canal towpaths and cycle tracks,with some quiet roads to join them up.
A cafe/toilet stop around half way. More stops if necessary.Plenty of time to stop and chat.
I always advise wearing a cycle helmet.A puncture repair kit and tools to fit your bike,a spare innertube makes life easier.A drink and snacks or money/card for the cafe stop.Suitable clothing for the weather on the day.
