A gentle, social ride. Route to be set when we know who's coming.
Canal towpaths and cycle tracks,with some quiet roads to join them up.
A cafe/toilet stop around half ,more stops if necessary. Plenty of time to chat.
As always I would advise wearing a cycle helmet.A puncture repair kit and tools to fit your bike,a spare innertube makes life easier.A drink and snacks or money/card for the cafe stop. Suitable clothing for the weather on the day.
