A lovely rolling route down quiet lanes to Sawbridgeworth. We will be accompanied by the Cycling UK film crew who are producing a video to launch 100 inspirational women in cycling 2019.

Quiet country lanes, virtually traffic free with a couple of main roads for short periods.

Lovely food to eat at the halfway point at the Shed in Sawbridgeworth

Money for food, weather suitable for the weather and lights as necessary. Spare innertube, pump and tyre levers. Snacks and drinks.

Please arrive 15 minutes before the start time as the ride will start at 10am prompt. Lipstick optional :-)
