From Selby, we will head south towards Snaith, diverting off the main roads onto minor lanes. Then onto Howden via Rawcliff and Airmin. After a cuppa, we will follow the Trans Pennine Trail to Yorkfleet, where we will then head North to Gilberdyke. From here, we will head back a different route to Selby via Bubwith. If the group is needing a stop, we can grab a cuppa and cake at the Jug & Bottle. Then its back to Selby. There are no hills on this route, so its great to build some distance in a ride.

Simon's Flat 100 km (63 miles) Selby to Gilberdyke Loop

This ride will be predominantly following quiet lanes, but there will be significant sections on fast main roads.

We will grab a take out cuppa in Howden at around 26 miles. There are no further stops planned.

Helmets are mandatory. Please bring appropriate clothing for the day, spare inner tubes, pump, multi-tool, sufficient drinks and food for along the ride. Oh, and credit card/money for cafe stop.

Whilst we welcome first timers and riders wanting to push themselves, we advise all riders need to be capable of riding this sort of distance.
