About the route: A mainly flat route going down the TPT to Meadowhall and then taking the canal towpath to Sheffield, returning on the 5 weirs walk to Meadowhall and then back to High Green.

A nice off-road route, which we will take at a steady pace.

As part of Sheffield Heritage Open Days and the Sheffield Waterways Festival two classic canal warehouses are being open to the public, one Georgian and one Victorian. There will be plenty going on at the quays so we will have an extended stop to take it all in!

NB: All riders must wear a helmet and follow the safety advice and guidance of our Guided Ride Leaders whilst out on the roads. Please bring a drink, a snack, a spare inner tube for your bike and money for any refreshments you wish to buy at the cafe.

First-timers welcome!
