Starting from the ice rink carpark we suggest you have a pedal to Cornhill for a Cuppa, turn left from rink, and then left at the roundabout, left at the junction just over the bridge and into Ednam, coming out onto the Birgham road, left at Birgham, then second left for Haigsfield, over at the crossroads, then left towards Coldstream, right at the garage and onto to Cornhill, for refreshments, retunr home to Kelso Wark Carham Sprousten Kelso - Enjoy

As this is not a led ride please decide between you when and where stopping to regroup, but we do suggest junctions, hills etc....
Helmets must be worn, we ask you to dress appropriately for the weather, knowing that Scotland doesnt always follow what the season should be so layers are always good, and a windproof/wagterproof jacket, even if its in bike bag always a good idea, We ask you to carry an inner tube for your bike - dont worry if dont know how to change if puntured - we are on hand to help. We always suggest you have a drinks bottle with you, of water/juice to keep you hydrated. Monies/phone.
