Southampton Breeze 'Return of the Grouch to 100K' Training ride series 5 of 7

Are you after progressing your cycling? Have you signed yourself up to 'Cycle Southampton' later this year? If you have, then you must know that training is the key and it is easier to train with others. This is one of a series of 6 fortnightly rides of varying lengths to assist you with your own training plan, working towards 'Cycle Southampton' - 10th September 2017. The rides will be getting progressively longer and faster as the series continues. IMPORTANT - This ride is not suitable for complete beginners. For this ride we are aiming to travel at an average of 12.5 mph. And does include hills. Please contact Sharon (the ride leader) if you are at all concerned about the suitability of this ride for you. Please make sure you wear clothing suitable for the weather on the day of the ride and ensure you are carrying a spare inner tube to fit your tyre. We will be making a mid ride stop at a pub or cafe so do bring some money and a bike lock with you too.
