Join Brian for a gradual climb up to Hastoe and then over the cliff edge down to Tring and another gradual climb to Wing. Refreshments at the Royal Oak, Aston Abbotts or the Cock Inn at Wing. On to Pitstone and a climb up and past the Ivanhoe Beacon. Then back to Croxley Green via Potten End and Sarratt.
