This is a Spokes MEDIUM Pace ride, average speed up to 9 to 11 mph organised by Spokes SW Herts Cycling Group led by NOEL
To Rickmansworth, and Denham to Pinewood Studios. Return via Langley Park Country Park, Iver, then along some parts of Grand union Canal to Rickmansworth and Ebury Way. Not suitable for skinny tyres.
Please arrive by 9:50, to be ready to leave at 10:00
