Join Peter for a ride out via Bricket Wood, St Albans, Alban Way (a bit over 3 miles, smooth surface) and Brookmans Park to a refreshment break in Potters Bar (Admiral Byng Wetherspoon pub - bike locks needed). Return via Borehamwood and Elstree. 1384 feet of climbing but nothing too challenging.
