This is a Spokes MEDIUM Pace ride, average speed up to 9 to 11 mph organised by Spokes SW Herts Cycling Group led by NOEL
Meet in Car Park. Down South Way to Grand Union Canal. Through The Grove woodlands to Whippendell Woods, through to Croxley Green, Then down to Ebury Way, past Oxhey Park to North Watford, to Wall Hall. Then across The River Colne, Bricket Wood Scrubs, to Garston Park and return to Leavesden.
Please arrive by 9:50, to be ready to leave at 10:00
