Spokes SW Herts Social Day Ride

Cycle with Roger into the Chilterns mainly on lanes, some good tracks. Flaunden, Cholesbury, Swan Bottom. Pub lunch after around 20 miles. Return via Amersham & Heronsgate to finish at the Aquadrome.
