Spokes SW Herts Social Ride - Flamstead

Ride out with Katherine, via Gaddesden Row to Redbourn, return via Flamstead. We will stop in Flamstead village, there is a shop to get cold drinks / ice creams / snacks.

Bring spare inner tube, hand sanitizer, drinks and refreshment. All that you need so you do not need close distance contact or to share with the rest of the group. Use of treble folded snood or other face covering would be appreciated
