This is a SPOKES SLOW to MEDIUM Pace ride, average speed 8 to 9 mph organised by SPOKES SW Herts Cycling Group

Ride with Katherine on this mainly traffic free Sustrans Cycle route, the University Way, on a former railway line to Sandy. Follow the River Ouse out to Sandy for coffee & cake. No major hills!

Not suitable for road bikes with skinny tyres. Ideal for hybrids / gravel / mountain bikes.

Ride with Katherine - Following my successful reccie in Milton Keynes, I am going to do this ride on Thursday 4 August. Starting point would be from outside MK Central train station, at 11am.

The majority is on traffic free paths, suitable for any kind of bike. slow / medium pace, not that hilly compared to the Chilterns.
