Join Alan for for a ride out through the Meriden estate then via Horseshoe Lane to Abbots Langley passing through Bedmond Leverstock Green and Gadebridge Park to Flamstead for refreshments. Return via Potters End, Warners End, Boxmoor, Apsley, Nash Mills and Hunton Bridge. 1500 ft. of climbing.
