A Steady Ride in the countryside
using rural lanes and country roads, with some busier sections
stopping at a cafe for refreshments along the way
helmets are mandatory, and riders should be self supported with tools, tubes and pump, money/card to pay for refreshments, as well as a road worthy bicycle,
please check the weather before leaving the house for a ride and work on the basis that it is better to have something and not need it, than to need something and not have it!
