This ride route takes you from St Albans Cycle Hub to the Leavesden Country Park in Abbots Langley.
The Country Park is on the grounds of the old Leavesden Hospital site which has been developed for community use to access a varied range of activities within the park.
After visiting the Woodlands cafe the ride will return to St Albans Cycle Hub.
The ride uses a route that varies from quite roads, lanes and off road pathways that goes out and returns around Park Street and Bricket Wood.
