Out to St Albans via Bricket Wood and the Gorhambury Estate. Back via London Colney and a meander. 1221 feet of climbing. Refreshment break at the Cafe in the Orchard, Shenley Park. Mainly road with some cycle ways but there are compacted gravel surface stretches which may be difficult for racing bikes. Spokes medium pace ride, 9 to 11 mph average speed.
