Starting in Jersey Farm, St Albans, the ride will take us through Symondshyde Woods, Porters End, Kimpton, Bendish & Wheathampstead before returning to St Albans. The ride is 25 miles & we'll be aiming to average around 12mph over the whole ride.
The route is mostly on quiet lanes.
Meet at 9.30am outside H & Co Coffee at Jersey Farm (where St Albans Cycles used to be). Optional cafe stop at H & Co Coffee at the end of the ride.
Helmets are compulsory on this ride. Please bring something to drink, money & a bike lock for the cafe stop & equipment to deal with any punctures. Please ensure your bike is in good working order and you have an emergency back up or taxi number to call in case of mechanical issues that we can't fix.
