We turn left on the A68 for a short while before turning right on the Kelso road A699 at Greycock we turn left and then right and left to join the B6404 where we turn left to St Boswell bookshop and coffeee stop
We return via Benrig and Maxton taking the road to Muirhouselaw where we take a left to Rutherford then anti Rutherford Burnside, Fairinington and the monument road back to the B6400 across the A68 and back to Ancrum Cross Keys pub
