Starting at the beginning of the old Alban Way railway track which is tarmac all the way to welwyn garden City we will be stopping at stanborough lake park for refreshments then heading back on a very short piece of road then into a nature reserve then heading down to smallford then a short stretch of road then back onto the Alban way way then on to the finish
