Free, women-only bike rides led by experienced Breeze Champions. They are a great way to get started in cycling or to improve your skills, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist.

A steady ride of around 25 miles to Road Ride to Mill End. We will ride from Stevenage Train Station and meet by the bike racks on the cycle track.
We will ride to Weston, down to towards Rushden up to Sandon and back to stop at Mill End Nurseries for refreshments. Return via Walkern, Aston to rejoin the cycle tracks to head back towards the Station.
No-one gets left behind, it is not a race. You go at your own pace and we meet at the top of hills.
Mill End Nurseries offers a range of lovely homemade cakes, soup and toasties etc.
We especially welcome newbies!
Please wear a helmet, bring a spare inner tube and pump to suit valve, water, suitable clothing for the weather conditions and cash/card for refreshments.
We will meet at 9.20am for a briefing and bike check and will aim to leave by 9.30am.
