Sunday Saunter to the Summer Lights and Art Trail at Canary Wharf

A visit to Canary Wharf to view the Summer Lights exhibition. We take a a slightly different route to Canary Wharf and will visit some different Art Installations from the previous ride.
We will ride along the Waterlink Way to Greenwich and cross to the Isle of Dogs through the foot tunnel. We will reach Canary Wharf by the Thames path and Millwall dock. After a tour round viewing the Summer Lights art installations, we will return to the foot tunnel via Millwall Dock and East Ferry road. There will be a coffee stop at Mudchute farm. (Min £5 card payment). If the lifts are out of order we will use the DLR to cross the river (Fare is £1.60). Timings are approximate as it depends how long we take to view the Art Installations, but it is flat route and on a mixture of traffic free and quiet roads.
Celebrating the beauty of natural light, and the long summer days, the outdoor areas have been transformed into sparkling, colourful and inviting spaces. Canary Wharf is punctuated by beautifully designed, outdoor installations that are enhanced by the play of natural light.
These stunning installations will come to life as the daylight shines through and refracts, creating beautiful patterns, reflections, and vibrant colours.
