You don’t have to be the next Bradley Wiggins, but you’ll need to know your way around a bike and be fairly fit to take part in our Challenging rides. If you’re comfortable riding with other people and fancy a fresh challenge, these rides are perfect for you. They start at around twenty miles long, and are paced at between 11 and 12 miles an hour.

This picturesque 26 mile circular route takes in stunning views Wiltshire, Oxfordshire and surrounding countryside. Starting in Croft you head south meandering through Wroughton and the quaint village of Burdeop and by Chiseldon. The route heads to Osbourne Saint George where the challenge begins with a short ascent up to a great vantage point and the biggest climb of the ride.  From there the route descends gradually down to Alderbourne which makes for a great stopping point in the village.  The route then heads north up to Wanborough, meanders through the tree lined Liddington before passing through Coate and back to Croft to the finish point.
