Teams, Keelman, Hadrian's and Angel cycleways.

The Teams cycleway will take us down to the river first where we will then join the Keelmans Way and wind our way along the south side to Wylam. After crossing the river we will then follow the north side to Newburn calling at the rowing club for refreshments approx half way on the ride. From here we join the Hadrian's cycle route along to the Quayside to cross over the millennium bridge. From here the route gets tougher as we make our way east onto the Angel cycleway and climb up through Heworth and Wrekenton and back down to the Angel.
We can have another quick stop for toilets at the Baltic. Please bring plenty drinks if warm and snacks.
