Starting from - TFCC - Traffic Free Cycling Club Rides all start from West Drayton Station near the bike racks, or sheltered under the canopy if it's raining. The ride meet is at 11am but we usually chatting and socialising til about 11:15 so if you are running late then we are pretty flexible, but please contact me on 07867824809 to ensure that we don't leave without you. TFCC - Traffic Free Cycling Club Rides use the network of canal towpaths, cycle lanes and tracks avoiding the road as much as possible. We ride at the pace of the slowest ride ensuring that the group stays together, and the speed is about 8 - 10 mph.

The ride this week is to the Bikespiration event at the Barra Hall Park. We will stop there for an hour and there will also be a lunch stop. We aim to be back at West Drayton by 4.30pm.

This route will be a circular ride using off road routes to Barra Hall Park.

We will use the canal tow path, segregated cycle lanes, and shared paths to keep us as traffic free as possible

We plan to stop at the Hillingdon Bikespiration Event at Barra Hall Park

Please bring cash for refreshements at the event, puncture repair kits, spare inner tubes, a sense of humour and adventure
