CFCC - Open Day: Cowley Lock, Grand Union Canal - Approx 20 Miles

- Rides are always circular
- We ride at the pace of the slowest rider
- Off Road tyres are best, especially in winter
- We stop at the top of every hill
- We always have a lunch/snack stop
- We are not suited for road bikes/tyres

Friendly group of cyclists who would like to get a few miles in during the dark winter months, we ride off road at a gentle pace of about 8 - 10mph.

This ride will be to Open Day: Cowley Lock, Grand Union Canal, this ride will be suitable for newbies, and those cycling with children attached to their adult bikes/cargo bikes

TFCC - Traffic Free Cycling Club rides use the majority of off road paths, canal tow paths and we try to keep as off road as possible.

This ride we will be attending the open day at Cowley Lock and there is also an option to take a canal boat trip from Uxbridge Swan and Bottle to The Malt Shovel.

Please ensure you have a bit a cash, appropriate weather clothing, helmet, and the usual spare inner tube, puncture repair kit etc.

We never leave anyone behind
