From the Oasis We follow the Flyer to Mead Way where we then pick up more cycle tracks through Eastleaze to Tregoze and Lydiard, we then wend our back via Grange Park and Blagrove to Toothil and then back to Mead Way. Although it looks flat there may two or three places which will get your heart rate up for a short time.
