A fairly flat course down the canal to our old favourite the Fox at Hanwell then returning via Dormer's wells and through Southall to the Paddington arm then through Cranfield park to Heathrow. Stopping in Longford at the white horse before returning via Stanwell Moor and Colnbrook.
