After the start of the Lloyds Tour of Britain why not make a day of it and join us for a special bike tour exploring the green side of Milton Keynes. Visitors can watch the start of Stage 3 of the Tour; enjoy the Activation and Event Area; grab some of the excellent food and then explore MK with a leisurely guided tour of the stunning Ouzel Valley.

If you think MK is only roundabouts and conrete cows you'll be in for a brilliant surprise! Cycle through the ancient villages, waterside pubs and leisure venues, and beautiful lakes.that are minutes away from Central MK.

All riders including beginners and families are welcome. This ride is perfect for anyone wanting to explore the local area and meet new friends. Rides take place at a leisurely pace with frequent stops to appreciate and learn about the areas we visit..

Our Get Cycling MK Guided Rides are led by very friendly, experienced, and knowledgeable ride leaders. We ride at the pace of the group and never leave anyone behind.

Numbers are limited on every ride. Please book your place using this website.

If you are bringing your own bike, or a friends, check it over before the ride. We highly recommend all riders wear helmets. Minors must wear helmets for the ride.

A limited number of hire bikes and ebikes will be available in the event village.

Top tip - the cycle routes and redways we travel over aren't ideal for pure road bikes - they're great for hybrids, tourers, everything else actually.
