Meet at the Heart of Hawick and we will pedal out to Stobs and beyond to Cogsmill. We will continue over towards Shankend and onwards to the climb to LKE and turn at Station Road (road to Riccarton). Return the same way while enjoying the downhill and views.
Please wear a helmet and gloves are advisable. Wear clothing for the weather and bring some water or anything you think you might need to keep your energy up. Please ensure your bike is in working order, your tyres are pumped up and you have spares or tools relevant to your bike. If you are using an e-bike, please ensure there is sufficient charge, and should you have a mechanical, you have a plan in place to get back to Hawick.
