Starting from - Bury FC have kindly agreed to host cycling activities. This is the front car park at Bury Football Club, Gigg Lane at Bury and is signposted from the A56 Bury New Road. There is no toilet facilities there as the club is closed so please bear this in mind before you set off! There is parking available but ride there if you can.

The session is repeated each week so its preferable you book only one so everyone can have a try.
We will cover:
Bike comfort and basic fitting advice
Basic essential bike maintenance advice
Clothing and equipment advice
Balance & Steering
Starting & Stopping
Gears & Pedalling
Confidence in a group
Confidence on solo rides
This is all done with some fun activities to make it enjoyable. Expect to laugh and meet some riders of your own ability and make new friends you can buddy up with to practice your new skills!
