A route north west from Whitton through Stonham Aspal, Mickfield, and Forward Green before a cafe stop at Alder Carr Farm Shop at Needham Market (bring card / cash for refreshments).

Return leg via Great Bricett and Somersham.

Roads generally rural with light traffic expected.

Expected pace 13/14 mph but we never leave anyone behind.

Helmet strongly recommended! Bring spare inner tube, tyre levers, and pump (or alternative) for addressing a puncture should it arise. A multi tool is also useful for running maintenance. Assistance given whenever possible.

A bike bottle should be carried for hydration whilst riding, and interim refueling snacks at the rider's discretion.
