Starting from - Free parking in the lay-by opposite side of the bypass to the start. Toilets are situated at Windle Island in the Starbucks Cafe. Arrive earlier if you wish to use these. As the ride will start prompt at 10am, WA10 6QY

From Windle Island we we cycle up through Bickerstaffe and Halsall out onto the old Southport Road. The return will be along the Southport Coastal Path

Nice trip to the seaside to ride the Southport Promanade

Quiet Lanes, Cycle paths and some main roads

Stopping at the main water front cafe area opposite the marina. We may even get an appearance from Elvis on the bandstand

Helmet, money for cafe, spare inner tube and please ensure your bike is in good working condition
