Out on Foxwood Lane, across the ring road and on to Askham Bryan, Wighill and Tockwith where we turn east for coffee in Hessay, and return via Rufforth, Harewood Whin and Knapton back to Acomb Green

Quiet country lanes and cycle track

Stops for drinks, coffee n cake at the half way point

Please wear a helmet, bring 2 spare inner tubes and pump to fit, drink, snack and cash/card for coffee
