Friendly, rides for women. Meeting in the Galashiels area. Rides will vary from very easy paced short rides (up to 15 miles) where you can just enjoy the scenery and chat, to intermediate (up to 50 miles) at a slightly higher pace requiring a higher level of fitness, and finally 50+ miles. The 50+ miles rides require a good level of fitness where you can sustain an average speed of approximately 13mph. No one ever gets left behind! For those who want to ride faster there will be clear meet up points along the route where everyone will regroup. There will be coffee stops on all rides and likely other stops for photos, snacks etc. Rides will be clearly defined at the time of posting.
