This is an easy ride for women who can pedal and balance a bike, but may be feeling a bit nervous about cycling on the roads. We'll warm up in the park before heading out on quiet streets towards Belmont Circle, taking in part of the traffic-free Belmont Trail. We stop at Costa in Belmont Circle for a drink - they also have toilets. Then we take a different route back to the park.

We shall social-distance at all times. If you have any symptoms of Covid-19 please stay at home. Bring hand sanitiser, and you can wash your hands at the cafe. You will be led by two trained ride leaders.

Before you come please check your tyres, brakes and chain to ensure everything is in full working order. We cannot fix your bike on the spot. Make sure the seat is the right height. Here is a video to remind you of areas to check: https://www.sustrans.org.uk/our-blog/get-active/2019/everyday-walking-and-cycling/the-m-check-for-your-bike-in-11-steps
