Starting point

London
HA5 1JF

This is a beginner ride for any woman who wants to dig her bike out of the shed and get back into cycling. It's fun, free and easy and we always go at the pace of the slowest. Qualified women volunteers will lead the ride, starting at Roxbourne Park by kind permission of Harrow Council, and going out onto quiet local roads when we're ready. Come along on a Sunday morning for an hour-long session, followed by an optional coffee stop (bring money!). Just make sure your trousers aren’t baggy and won’t get caught in the chain; and dress for the weather. Children over 8 are welcome, supervised by a responsible woman and not more than 2 children per adult. You must register them individually.
You do need: a working bike. Beg, borrow or buy a bike, pump up the tyres, check the brakes and make sure the wheels turn.
You don't need: fancy lycra clothes, a helmet, an expensive bike, or to be super-fit. Breeze riders come in all shapes, sizes and ages but we are all FRIENDLY! Come and give it a go.
