Breeze Network Andover - A Steady Saunter over to Stockbridge

Another gentle Saturday Steady Ride. As the mileage is a little over the 20 mile guideline for Breeze this is classified as Challenging, but it will still be ridden at a gentle steady pace suitable for all.

This week we will head out of town towards Monxton and Grately. From there we will head through Middle Wallop, past Danebury ring and on into Stockbridge where there are a number of choices for coffee. The return is a little hilly, back over the Longstock Roller Coaster into the Clatfords and back into Andover and Charlton.

There are few hills this week, but nothing too daunting, and if you need to get off and push we wait at the top. We will be riding on mostly country roads, but we will have one busy road to cross.

All you need to take part is a bike in good working order. It doesn't matter what type of bike. A helmet is compulsory on all of our rides.
We recommend bringing a spare inner tube that fits your bike, tyre levers and a pump. It doesn't matter if you can't fix a puncture we all muck in.
Bring water and snacks enough for the duration of the ride.
Don't forget money for refreshments at our stop.

Newcomers are welcome on all of our rides. We ride at the pace of the slowest rider and never leave anyone behind.
