Starting from - We meet by the bicycle racks outside Marks & Spencer on Rickmansworth High Street. There is free car parking after 6pm in the car park AFTER M&S. Please don't park in M&S as they close the gates when the store closes and you are also likely to get a ticket.

Please turn up 5-10 minutes before the published start time so we can do bike checks and introductions. We aim to leave promptly at 6:15pm. WD3 1BB

Route to be decided. Meeting point will still be M&S and the distance will be no more than 15 miles.

Helmets are compulsory on my rides. Please also check your bike is roadworthy before leaving to join us this includes making sure that your tyres are adequately inflated. Also bring with you at least one spare inner tube, a pump and any tools you will need in case of a puncture. If it is an evening ride then please bring lights and check beforehand that they are fully charged.
