Starting from - We'll meet by the bicycle racks outside Cafe in the Park a Rickmansworth Aquadrome. There is free parking here.
If anyone wants to meet on the way I shall be going out and back via Gerrards Cross. I do prefer that everyone comes to the beginning as it is easier but as we are going out and back by Gerrards Cross that would be a good poiint tpo join the ride if you didn't want such a long ride. WD3 1NB

We'll cycle to Windsor Castle and have refreshments at the Cinnamon Cafe
Mostly quiet B roads with the odd stretch on A roads
We'll stop at the Cinnamon Cafe in Windsor whose Cinnamon Buns are highly regarded.
Helmets are compulsory on my rides. Please also check your bike is roadworthy before leaving to join us this includes making sure that your tyres are adequately inflated. Also bring with you at least one spare inner tube, a pump and any tools you will need in case of a puncture.
