Breeze to Roundwood Park Cafe

This ride takes us south down London Cycle Network route 45 to Brent, along quiet streets and occasionally crossing busy roads. We go through Harrow and Kenton to cross the North Circular at Stonebridge, then through Harlesden to the lovely Roundwood Park where we can stop at the cafe. We return along the Grand Union Canal towpath (gradually becoming more rural!) to Greenford and then the Alexandra Avenue bike path back to Pinner.

Bring water, a good bike lock, card for the cafe and check the weather forecast - sunscreen or waterproofs! Helmets are optional. This isn't a beginner ride, as there are moments in traffic and occasional ups and downs. It's a chance to experience a number of different cycling environments and a quiet route from Harrow to Brent. Breeze rides are friendly and supportive and no one is ever left behind.

Please note the start time of 9am, as it is a longer ride than usual.
