Starting from - We will meet at the Bridge 63 pub (not currently open) where there is a few parking spaces, which are free or there is a car park 2 mins walk away across the road with plenty space (also free). Here we are directly on the canal path to start our ride. WN1 2UW

Following the canal path, we will head through Haigh Hall Golf Course, Adlington and up to Fredrick's Ice Cream Parlour for 4.1 miles where we will purchase refreshments so bring money if you wish to do so and take a break for a short while, then return along the same path back to the start point.

Please bring a lock and spare inner tube if you have them, but not a necessity. Also bring a drink as there will be plenty chances to re hydrate.
