Starting from the nature reserve at Brickcroft we enjoy a loop around the country lanes, Ulnes Walton, Croston, Eccleston, Mawdesley, Bispham Green, Rufford and Much Hoole. We have a cafe stop at the Eccy Delph Dive Centre. (No paddling please).

We'll ride at a steady pace of 10 - 14 mph on this ride and we'll keep our pace at a level so that we can all stay together.
Remember, this is not a race, but a leisurely ride at a pace to suit the slowest in the group!
Please check your bike over the night before the ride, tyres inflated, all bolts tight, lubricated. Clothing, Helmet & lights checked & ready. Please ensure you have a pump and a couple of spare tubes in case of punctures and a good secure lock.
It would be great to have some new & some familiar faces on this ride, you're all welcome & I look forward to riding with you.
Please arrive at least 15 mins before the ride start time, So that we are able to get away at the stated start time
