This will mainly be a road ride for people wanting to start to increase their confidence on the road, with some hills and a small tarmac off road section.

Leaving Leverhulme park, we will head along some major and minor roads, before picking up the Kirklees trail into Greenmount, where our cafe stop will be at The Hub Tearoom for a quick refreshment, before heading back. Ride leaders: Lesley Doxsey and Michelle Talbot Average pace: 9-11 mph Elevation: 1122 ft

We will ride at the slowest persons pace and take regular rest breaks, as needed. If you have not completed a ride participant form, please email [email protected] and return this prior to attending the ride. Helmets are not compulsory by law but they must be worn, to be able to join this ride and all riders MUST complete the M check, prior to setting off. Failure to comply with any of these, will mean that you are unable to take part in the ride.
