Starting at the Eric Morecambe statue on Morecambe Promenade we head along to Hest Bank and then turn off onto country lanes heading to Capenwray.
Then it's through some small villages such as Borwick and Priest Hutton before heading to Burton in Kendal.
From there it's more lanes through Holme and Whassett to Milnthorpe.
Then it's along the coast to Arnside for cake.
Then it's climb out if Arnside to Silverdale and onto the climb at Wharton Crag before heading back to Morecambe via Carnforth.

All riders must wear a helmet, have a basic toolkit for puncture repair etc and money for coffee and cake stop
